Dan Badenko has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Dan started out as a Cafe Manager at Second Cup, where they grew internally from Sales Associate to Manager position. In this role, they were responsible for scheduling, ordering, cash flow, managing and communicating with staff, as well as boosting sales by creating a comprehensive catering program. In 2016, they worked as a Food And Beverage Attendant at Crown Resorts. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Aimia Inc and as a Sole Proprietor at Community Addicts Consulting. Dan also worked at WORKetc CRM as a Senior Product Manager and a Client Success Specialist. In this role, they managed a distributed sales and support team, provided support and troubleshooted client issues on a daily basis, and managed sales and reached out to potential customers via email, phone, and screen-sharing sessions.
