Workforce Advancement Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit breaking systemic barriers by providing free and low-cost digital literacy, AI training, and professional certifications to underserved individuals, adult learners, and veteran populations.

Our Mission: We believe everyone deserves access to the skills that open doors. Our programs prepare participants for high-demand careers in technology, healthcare administration, and project management.

Our Programs:
• Digital Literacy & AI Fundamentals (8 weeks)
• IT Support & Cybersecurity - Google/AT&T Certified (12 weeks)
• Project Management - PMP Prep (10 weeks)

Our Partners: We partner with Google, Coursera, and AT&T to deliver industry-recognized credentials at no cost to qualifying participants.

Our Story: WorkforceAP builds on 20+ years of workforce development experience in Austin. Our founder previously established training programs at Goodwill Central Texas and the Austin Area Urban League, helping thousands of Texans launch new careers.
