Marcus Schrader

Marcus Schrader holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Global Leadership and a B.A. in Master of Arts in Biblical Studies and Master of Divinity in Theology/Bible. As Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chaplain at Workforce Chaplains since 2017, Marcus focuses on holistic employee support. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Administration and Dean of Accelerated Studies at Crossroads Bible College from 2007 to 2022, overseeing adult degree completion programs and various administrative roles. Additionally, Marcus has held pastoral positions at STANFORD BAPTIST CHURCH and Grace Baptist Church, and served as Dean of Students at Verity Institute Inc., where involvement included student life and spiritual development. Leadership experience also includes serving as President of the Student Body at Baptist Bible Graduate School of Theology.
