Beth has experience working in various roles such as Director of Operations at Workforce Development, Inc., Adult Basic Education Intake and Assessment at Austin Public Schools, and Assistant Director of Residential Life at Wartburg College. Beth holds a Master's degree in Education: Post-Secondary Student Affairs from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and English from Luther College. Beth is also a Global Career Development Facilitator certified by the National Employment Counseling Association.

Workforce Development, Inc. (WDI) is an independent, non-profit agency with a long history of serving the needs of job seekers and employers in Southeast Minnesota. WDI is dedicated to developing and advancing the workforce to meet the current and future needs of the communities we serve.
