Cheri Fischer has been working as a Career Counselor at Workforce Development, Inc since February 2008. Prior to this, Fischer worked as a Correctional Officer at Olmsted County Minnesota from September 1997 to February 2008, and as a Youth Counselor at Gerard of Minnesota from January 1996 to September 1997. Fischer obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Saint Marys University Winona MN in 1995.

Workforce Development, Inc. (WDI) is an independent, non-profit agency with a long history of serving the needs of job seekers and employers in Southeast Minnesota.
