Megan Horton

Megan Horton currently serves as the Youth Services Director at Workforce Development, Inc. since September 2021, previously holding the positions of Workforce Coordinator and Career Planner. From March 2014 to March 2024, Megan was the Community Outreach Director and College, Career, and Recruitment Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Minnesota. Earlier, Megan worked as a Senior Admissions Advisor at National American University from 2011 to March 2014. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned between 2006 and 2010.
