We conduct workforce due diligence, valuation, and assessment for Private Equity firms acquiring mid-level companies. We also assess and optimize portfolio companies positioned for growth. Conversely, we can also prepare a workforce for exit.

We do this using a proprietary method to audit, assess and appraise a prospective acquisition’s workforce covering over 60 areas of workforce composition, activity, and infrastructure.

This approach greatly expands on the quality and quantity of actionable data than one normally receives in a traditional due diligence and valuation exercise.

With the increasing demand for quality talent and the importance of a cohesive, well organized, and highly productive workforce to retain that talent, this assessment methodology will provide a more accurate picture for the acquiring organization.

“We focus on what truly matters to you and your organization, those people whom you work with and who make the organization’s products and services a reality.”
