Angela Martinez, MBA, is a seasoned business educator and finance professional with extensive experience in both nonprofit and small business environments. Currently serving as a Business Teacher at Clint Independent School District since August 2016, Angela previously held positions on the Board of Directors for Latinitas, an organization focused on empowering young Latinas, and as an instructor at Southwest University at El Paso. Angela's background includes roles as an Accounting & Finance Professional and Owner of Klothes Lime consignment shop, as well as positions in financial management at the Nonprofit Enterprise Center and United Way of El Paso. Angela holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Texas at El Paso.

Workforce Solutions is the public workforce system in the six-county Borderplex region that assists employers in finding quality employees, and training individuals with the skills necessary to thrive in the workplace. We administer a broad range of programs and services to effectively assist various job seeker populations to effectively address local workforce issues. Workforce Solutions establishes partnerships with various stakeholders to improve education, employment, and economic development. Our organization and its initiatives have been recognized and awarded by the Texas Workforce Commission for our innovative approach to assisting employers and job seekers.
