We connect employers and job seekers. Each year we help over 5,000 local employers find qualified, motivated workers and put over 40,000 people to work. We work to connect and align the efforts of the regional workforce system and to leverage and invest community resources in the development of human capital. Through collaboration and strategic partnerships, we’re leading the way in the development of a world-class workforce that gives Austin-Travis County a competitive edge in the global economy. 

Our programs serve both local youth and adults. Workforce Solutions Capital Area also provides subsidized childcare assistance to eligible low- to moderate-income families in Travis County and heavily invests in increasing the quality of care and school readiness preparedness of children in the care of our system providers.
