Workforce Tiger is a UK-based External Workforce Consultancy helping organisations improve cost control, efficiency, compliance, risk management and visibility across all external workers.
We help leaders understand, assess and improve their External Workforce Programme as part of a Total Workforce strategy.

We take a holistic, data-led approach across nine pillars: Governance, Technical Enablement, Transformation, Operations, Permanent Workforce, Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement (SOW), SOW Quality and Supply Base.

Our methodology: Reflect → Assess → Deploy

Reflect: Complimentary reflection tools that help you understand your current setup, maturity and where gaps may sit.
Assess: Using your reflection output, we run focused workshops, interviews and reviews across policy, process, operations and technology to map your true current state.
Deploy: Where opportunities are identified, we help design your future blueprint - operating model, governance, supplier strategy, controls, technology and improvements.

Additional services include VMS implementation/configuration, programme optimisation and advisory support across all nine pillars.

We are agnostic, working comfortably alongside MSPs, VMS providers, technology partners and internal teams. With 60+ years of combined experience, we bring deep expertise across all sectors and organisation sizes.

Whether you need quick insight or a full programme redesign, we offer free and paid services to help you build a future-ready, high-performing workforce programme.

If we sound like the right partner for you, we’d love to talk.
