Larry Cole

Larry Cole has extensive work experience, primarily with Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). Larry started their career in 1982 as an Electrical Engineer and progressed through various roles within the organization, including Senior Electrical Engineer, Specialist - Electrical Engineer, and Electrical Engineer - Energy Management Specialist.

In 1999, Larry joined TVA's Real Time Pricing Program as the Operations Manager. Larry later became the Manager of Operational Products and the Generation Asset Portfolio Manager. From 2002 to 2006, they served as the Manager of the Participant Scheduling Group.

Larry then transitioned into the role of Resource Market Operations Implementation Lead from 2007 to 2008. Afterward, they worked as a Project Manager in Transmission Operations and System Planning/Power Supply & Fuels. Larry also served as a Senior Project Manager in Compliance/Power Supply & Fuels, where they managed NERC Audit review preparation and performance metrics.

In 2010, Larry joined TVA's Integrated Resource Plan Core Team, responsible for coordinating the development and publication of TVA's planning strategy document. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Lead Project Manager for Enterprise Relations, focusing on increasing cross-organizational transparency and collaboration.

Larry's most recent role was as the Director of Operations at Corporate Medical Services from 2014 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Strategic Systems at WorkforceQA, starting in 2023.

Larry Cole attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1977 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
