Shane Hoover

Shane joined the WorkforceQA team in April 2003 and since that time has worked in many facets of the organization. He has always had an interest in IT and now serves as the IT Director for WorkforceQA. With that, Shane manages all aspects of information technology including software development, infrastructure, and end-user support. Shane is a graduate of Henderson State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and later completed the Computer Science program at National Park College.

Shane works diligently to ensure WorkforceQA customers have an efficient user experience and that uptime is maximized to ensure applications are available when needed.
