Her teams include customer service representatives, post-accident /coordination teams, background services, and implementation.
Prior to WorkforceQA, she worked for J.B. Hunt as a customer service trainer and driver hiring manager. Her teams managed background investigations, motor vehicle reports, and criminal reports for new drivers.
