Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Manoj is currently the Founder & CEO of WorkforceValley.com, a start-up that offers staffing solutions to the IT industry. Prior to this, they founded and served as CEO of Moneytree Technologies, an online education company focused on trading and investing in the stock market. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Manoj held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at EduSports. Manoj also co-founded and served as Director at Pylon Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for P&L, business development, and account management. Additionally, Manoj co-founded and served as Director at Vutomo Technologies Private Limited, a software product company specializing in video interview solutions. Manoj began their career as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they conducted a research project in biochemistry.

Manoj Kumar obtained a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 1998 to 2002.
