Cory Archer

Cory Archer has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Technology and Operations at WorkForge since January 2024. Prior to that, they held positions at WorkForge as the Director of Operations and Technology from January 2023 to January 2024 and as the Instructional Design and Content Development Manager from January 2022 to January 2023. Earlier in their career, Cory worked as a Professional Freelancer at Archer LXD from January 2021 to January 2023, and as the Managing Member at Zing International Consulting Group (ZingICG) from June 2019 to July 2020. Cory also served as the Managing Director at Tico English from November 2016 to May 2019, and as the Director of Curriculum Development and Training at Mc IELTS from April 2016 to October 2016. Previous positions also include English Lecturer at University of Science (ITEC) from November 2013 to October 2015, Literacy Specialist at I Can Read from November 2013 to July 2015, Trainee Evaluator at TEFL International - HCMC from August 2013 to August 2014, ESL Teacher at Apollo English Vietnam from April 2013 to October 2013, and Foreman in Training at J&J Contractors from May 2009 to December 2012.

Cory Archer received a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from The University of Kansas in the years 2008-2012. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Cory is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University. Additionally, Cory has obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in December 2023, Social & Behavioral Research Training from CITI Program in September 2022, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
