Joshua Maddock

Joshua Maddock has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present day. Joshua currently holds the role of Director of Customer Success at WorkFusion, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Joshua worked as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Code Climate, where they focused on helping large customers derive value from the company's products. Before that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at erwin, Inc., where they assisted clients in maximizing the usage of erwin's software. Earlier in their career, Joshua held roles such as Training Specialist at OpenLink Financial and Support Engineer at CA Technologies, where they gained experience in creating training materials and providing technical support. Joshua also worked as a Technician in the Office of Technical Support at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they maintained technical services for faculty and staff.
