Olga Degtyar

Olga Degtyar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2011, they began their career as a PHP Developer at XB Software. Olga then moved on to Novacom in 2012, where they worked as a Business Analyst until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Olga worked at EIS Group Ltd as both a Business Analyst and a Senior Business Analyst. In 2017, they joined Exadel as a Senior Business Analyst and worked there until 2019. Currently, Olga is employed at WorkFusion, where they have held roles as a Product Owner, Product Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Product Management.

Olga Degtyar attended Belarusian State University from 2008 to 2013, where they studied Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. Olga later pursued further education at Belarusian State University again from 2014 to 2017, focusing on Business Administration. In addition to their degree, Olga obtained the certification of Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in December 2018.
