Paul Asel

Paul Asel is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of NGP Capital, a prominent global venture firm managing $1.6 billion, with a focus on innovation and economic growth. As an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government, Paul teaches entrepreneurship and venture capital. Additionally, Paul serves as the Advisory Board Chairman for Global Corporate Venturing and has held investment roles in companies such as Lime, WorkFusion, Zūm, and ButterflyMX®. Paul's commitment to leadership and investment is further demonstrated through board positions and advisory roles, including at Mason Enterprise and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Paul earned a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
