Tom Röhricht

Tom Röhricht has worked in the media industry since 1986. Tom began their career at Axel Springer SE as a Redakteur. In 1990, they moved to Gruner + Jahr GmbH as a Stellvertretender Chefredakteur. In 1992, they returned to Axel Springer SE as a Leitender Redakteur. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Berliner Verlag as Stellvertreter des Chefredakteurs, then at Kohl PR & Partner - Unternehmensberatung für Kommunikation as Managing Editor from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Gruner+Jahr Corporate Editors as Redaktionsleiter, then at Jahreszeitenverlag as Leitender Redakteur from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at TESTROOM GmbH as Director Content/Geschäftsleitung, then at Content Fleet GmbH as Director Content/Geschäftsleitung from 2019 to 2023. Tom Röhricht is currently employed at WorkGenius as Vice-President Strategy + Communication.

Tom Röhricht holds a Master of Arts degree in Literature and Sociology from the Bergische Universität Wuppertal.
