Longevity is not just a demographic shift. It is a structural business challenge.

Workgevity is the exclusive representative in Portugal of the Certified Age-Friendly Employer® (CAFE) certification and methodology, widely recognised as the world’s leading framework helping organisations prepare for longer careers, intergenerational teams and the future of work.

Organisations that integrate age diversity effectively will outperform in capability, execution and long-term value creation.

At Workgevity, we help organisations transform multigenerational workforce complexity into competitive advantage through:

• CAFE® Certification - An audit and certification programme that assesses HR policies, recruitment processes and internal culture against the world’s best benchmarks for age integration, and provides the necessary action protocols to effectively lead intergenerational teams.

• Intergenerational Leadership & Workforce Training - Specialised workshops and development programmes for employees aimed at eliminating age-related prejudice and unconscious bias, and optimising the management of teams that bring together Baby Boomers and Generation Z in the same workplace.

* Inclusive Recruitment of Talent of All Ages - Strategic consultancy to design value propositions and selection processes that attract and retain high-performing professionals, regardless of age.

* Mid-Life Career Reviews - Assessment tools designed for employees aged 45 and over, promoting their reskilling, internal role transitions or retirement planning, whilst safeguarding the company’s know-how.

We believe age is the new competitive advantage.

Workgevity helps organisations transform multigenerational workforce complexity into stronger leadership, better decision-making and long-term organisational performance through strategy, certification and organisational transformation.
