Brett Caldon

Brett Caldon began their career in 1995 as a Senior Portfolio Accountant for JPMorgan Chase & Co. In 1998, they moved to Keane, Inc. as a Senior IT Consultant. In 2001, they joined Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they held various roles including VP, Senior Director of Software Innovation, Director of Application Delivery - ECM, Collaboration & Social, Digital Workplace Solutions, Manager of Application Delivery, GuideWire Services & SQA, Manager, Application Portfolio, Personal Insurance Financial Systems, Senior IT Project Manager, Human Capital Technologies, and IT Project Manager, Human Capital Technologies. In 2018, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Workgrid Software, providing consumer grade experiences to the digital workplace, building software to harness the potential of employees, and simplifying their day.

Brett Caldon obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hartwick College between 1990 and 1994. Brett then completed a Graduate Certification Program in International Business/Trade/Commerce from American University in 1994. In 2002, they obtained a Masters Certificate in IT Project Management from The George Washington University in the field of Information Technology Project Management.
