Ian Cole has been working in the software industry since 2006. In that time, they have held three positions. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Legal Assistant for Insurance Recovery Group. Afterwards, they worked as a Principal Software Developer for Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2007 to 2019. Currently, they are a Solutions Architect for Workgrid Software. During their time at Liberty Mutual Insurance, they designed, developed, and maintained custom OA Framework applications within the HR/Payroll/Incentive Compensation fields, and was a lead full stack developer for Spring based applications supplementing their core enterprise solutions.
Ian Cole attended Syracuse University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
