Benjamin Schwärzler is the founder and CEO of Workheld, an industrial workforce management solution for mobile maintenance and communication. Benjamin has been with the company since 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an intern at Arthur D. Little in 2011 and at Horváth & Partner Management Consultants in 2010. Benjamin also served as a board member at uniforce Junior Enterprise Vienna GmbH, a student-run consulting business, from 2008 to 2010. In 2008, they worked as an engineer at Design & Technik, and they interned at Stadler from 2005 to 2008.

Benjamin Schwärzler began their education at Höhere Technische Lehranstalt Bregenz from 2001 to 2006, where they studied Maschinenbau & Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Benjamin then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2007 to 2011. Schwärzler continued their education at WU, earning a Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation, and Management Control from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they had a brief stint at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, studying Business Administration. Finally, Schwärzler completed their education at the University of St.Gallen, where they focused on their Masterthesis for a Master of Science degree, starting in 2013.
