Melissa Harrison

Melissa Harrison has over 6 years of work experience. Melissa began their career in 2013 as an Assistant to Associate Director of Billing and Collections at Southern Adventist University. In 2016, they moved to Vikus Corporation as an Executive Assistant. In 2017, they joined HealthcareSource as a Support Specialist and was promoted to Senior Support Specialist. In 2019, they joined WorkHound as an Account Manager and was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and then Customer Success Manager.

Melissa Harrison obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern Adventist University between 2012 and 2016. In November 2021, they also obtained a certification in Key Account Management from LinkedIn.
