Mike Carney

Customer Success

Mike Carney has a diverse background in customer success and IT operations, with significant experience leading teams and delivering client-focused solutions. Since March 2017, Mike has been with SafetySync in a Customer Success role. Prior experience includes serving as IT Operations Team Lead at ITopia from July 2010 to April 2016, where Mike coordinated operations with project and development teams to ensure the successful execution of large-scale projects. Mike’s earlier roles included technical support for IBM Canada, assisting Calgary Health Region, and providing deskside support for Medical Hair Restoration, along with contract support for electronic voting machines during the August Primary election, and various technical support positions with Richer Systems Group and PBS Systems Inc.
