Sourav Basak

Sourav Basak possesses extensive experience in sales and management within various industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Head and City Head at WorkIndia since August 2021, Sourav previously held the position of Deputy Sales Manager at Quikr from August 2018 to August 2021, focusing on team management and retention business in East India. Prior roles at Quikr include Key Account Manager for the Kolkata area and Area Sales Manager at CarDekho, specializing in acquisition and retention within the used car segment. Earlier experience includes a Senior Relationship Manager role at ICICI Securities and a summer internship as a Management Trainee in Marketing at Hindustan Unilever Limited. Sourav holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Bengal Institute of Business Studies and a B-Pharm degree from Bengal School of Technology.
