Senior Mobile Network Support Engineer at Working Group Two

Frédéric Taguchi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Frédéric is currently employed at Working Group Two since October 2022, where they serve as the Tech lead for Customer Support and as a Senior Mobile Network Support Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Sierra Wireless from May 2019 to July 2022 as a Senior Mobile Network Support Engineer specialized in IoT. From September 2014 to September 2017, they worked at Gemalto as an Operation and Support Engineer. Before that, they worked at Myriad Group AG from March 2011 to July 2014, where they held the position of Technical Leader LATAM - Integration Engineer. In that role, they were responsible for integrating VAS (Value-Added Services) platforms worldwide, including USSD and Facebook over USSD, as well as performing on-site installations and remote integrations for various regions.

Frédéric Taguchi obtained a master's degree in Network and Telecommunication from ESAIP, an engineering school, from the years 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained the following certifications: CCNA from Cisco in December 2021 and ITIL v4 Foundation from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level in December 2019.
