Roxie Ford is the first dedicated Programme Manager for Wales at Working Options in Education, where they focus on empowering students to understand their career options. Prior to this role, Roxie served as a Senior Programme Coordinator at Leonard Cheshire Cymru, managing a national project for disabled individuals, and as a Class Teacher at Worcestershire County Council, where they taught Year 6 students. Roxie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Cardiff University and a Postgraduate Degree in Primary Education from the University of Worcester.
