Heather Baker

Heather Baker, M. Ed., has extensive experience in education, beginning as a Bilingual Educator in various grades and eventually serving as an Assistant Principal at Advantage Academy. After her tenure in traditional classrooms, Heather transitioned to Working Solutions, where they excelled as an Agent Development Manager, overseeing training programs and team performance. Currently, Heather is the Manager of Education & Development, focusing on fostering a culture of continuous development and innovation. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas.
