Charlyn Moss

Charlyn Moss is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Working Within, a management consulting firm established in 2021 that aids nonprofit leaders in accessing capital. With extensive experience in executive roles, Charlyn previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the Economic Development Association for Black Communities and Chief of Staff at EdSolutions. Charlyn has also worked as an analyst at Redstone Strategy Group, contributing to significant national education investments. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Charlyn received a B.S. in Business Administration and has been recognized as one of the Best & Brightest Business Undergrads in 2020. Residing in the Denver metro area, Charlyn is actively involved in social impact and entrepreneurship, frequently sharing insights at various conferences and educational institutions.
