WorkingKnowledge gives your business a new way to think about training. We are a flexible group of seasoned professionals with the skills you need to meet your goals. Experience equals reduced ramp-up time and quicker productivity.

WorkingKnowledge, Inc. has created dozens of courses using well-established adult learning methodologies to enhance learner and organizational performance in a range of subject matter areas. WorkingKnowledge is not locked into any one method of content presentation: we tailor deliverables for each of our clients, based on the audience needs we identify during the analysis phase of the training development process. The resulting training interventions can be interactive distance learning (e.g., Web-based training), traditional classroom presentations, electronic performance support systems (EPSS), or a range of off-line training aids, such as PDA-accessed lessons.

WorkingKnowledge sells no particular product or employs any proprietary training method. There is a broad spectrum of options available to you and WorkingKnowledge can implement them all. That flexibility allows us to offer solutions that work best for the client, not for us. Our approach is consultative. We work with you to determine your short-, mid-, and long-term goals then design a training program that’s the best fit.
