Sara Cook

Sara Cook is an experienced third sector leader who currently serves as the Head of Operations for Get The Gen at Volunteering Matters and as a Board Trustee for WorkingRite. With a background in talent development and entrepreneurial leadership, they previously held multiple roles at Entrepreneurial Scotland, including Director of Talent Programmes and Director for Impact. Sara completed a BA (Hons) in Management Hospitality and Tourism at the University of Strathclyde and participated in the prestigious Saltire Fellowship Programme at Babson College. Their career reflects a commitment to supporting organizations in understanding workforce dynamics and overcoming internal challenges.
