Hailey Simon is currently an Associate Creative Director at WorkInProgress, where they contribute to innovative advertising projects. Previously, Hailey held various positions at Cactus, including Creative Director and Sr. Art Director, after working as a Freelance Art Director from 2014 to 2015. They began their career at Meadow Creek Tennis and Fitness Club as an Advertising Coordinator and Receptionist from 2009 to 2014. Hailey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2014 and also completed an Art Director internship at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in 2014.
