Mandy Henderson

Mandy Henderson, MSW, currently serves as Creative Resource Manager at WIP_ since November 2021, where responsibilities include organizing and supporting a team of creatives and managing the agency's creative resources. Prior to this role, Mandy was a Psychotherapist in private practice at Open Door Autism Project from July 2018 to October 2021, providing therapy for children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. From July 2013 to July 2018, Mandy held the position of Dean of Students at Temple Grandin School, where efforts included developing a strengths-based curriculum and supervising a multidisciplinary team focused on student wellness. Mandy's earlier experience includes roles as Individual & Group Skills Coordinator and Mental Health Practitioner at Fraser, and Principal Youth Counselor at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Mandy holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from Luther College.
