Amir Sadreddini

Amir Sadreddini is a results-driven transformation leader with 15 years of experience in operations and professional services, having notably worked at Deloitte. They have a strong background in delivering value creation for private equity-backed businesses and overseeing large-scale business transformations. Amir has held key roles, including Director of Business Transformation at Interactive and Global Head of Transformation and Operations at Roboyo, where they led strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Currently, Amir serves as the Director of Operations EMEA at Workiva. They hold a first-class MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick.
