Andrew Herrick has over a decade of experience in customer and partner experience management, currently serving as the VP of Customer & Partner Experience at Workiva since April 2010. Previously, Andrew held multiple roles at Workiva, including Senior Director of Customer Success and Senior Director of Program Management, demonstrating a strong trajectory in leadership within the organization. Prior to Workiva, Andrew gained valuable experience as a Financial Services Intern at First Data Corporation in 2008. Andrew graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Ivy College of Business in 2010.
