Aylin Selcukoglu

Aylin Selcukoglu is a User Experience Research Manager at Workiva, with a strong background in technology and human-centered design. Following nine years as a design research consultant at Conifer Research, Aylin transitioned to a client-side role at Hyatt Hotels, where they contributed to a new hotel booking experience that significantly boosted revenue and conversion rates. Aylin has also held positions at DocuSign, where they led a team of researchers and founded a company-wide research insights newsletter. With a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and a Master's in Information Management and Systems from UC Berkeley, Aylin combines analytical expertise with a passion for uncovering user needs through diverse qualitative research methods.
