Barbara is the Chief Financial Officer at Workiva, leading the global finance organization and driving the financial strategy and operations that support Workiva’s mission to power transparent reporting for a better world.
A seasoned finance leader with more than 20 years of experience, Barbara has a proven track record of scaling category-defining public software companies. She most recently served as CFO at SentinelOne, guiding the company at the intersection of high growth and AI-driven data security. Previously, she spent nearly a decade in financial leadership roles at Workday, including CFO, overseeing finance, accounting, internal audit, and investor relations, while also advising on business strategy and product development. Barbara also serves on the Board of Directors for Equifax (NYSE: EFX), a global data, analytics, and technology company.
Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Arizona. Her experience across both executive and board roles informs her perspective on data integrity, governance, and the evolving demands of today’s Office of the CFO
