Becky Darom is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Workiva since April 2025, Becky previously held the position of Senior Product Manager at New Relic from October 2021 to April 2025. Prior to that, Becky was the Lead Product Manager at UKG from January 2021 to October 2021 and worked at Ultimate Software in various roles including Product Manager Business Analyst and Associate Project Manager between June 2016 and January 2021.
