Blake Morris

Blake Morris serves as the Senior Manager of SaaS Operations at Workiva since December 2015, overseeing the architecture of productivity technology and the full SaaS portfolio to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities include evaluating and implementing new technologies, leading the SaaS Operations team in compliance efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects that enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Blake held positions as a Senior SaaS Operations Engineer at Workiva and a Senior IT Support Specialist at Jack Henry & Associates. Blake began a career in IT at Lowe's Companies, Inc., progressing from a Customer Service Associate to Department Manager. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology Service Management from Missouri State University and an Associate of Arts from Ozarks Technical Community College.
