Brad Neal is a seasoned design leader with over twenty years of experience in enterprise product design and agency design. They currently serve as the Director of Design Foundations at Workiva, where they create and direct a team focused on enhancing user experience across a multi-product enterprise platform. Previously, Brad held significant positions at IBM and Expedia, leading cross-disciplinary design teams and driving innovation in user experience. With a solid educational background, Brad holds dual BFA degrees in Art History and Graphic Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
