Chad Mickelson

Chad Mickelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in value consulting and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Value Consultant at Workiva since October 2020. In this role, Chad collaborates with clients to identify critical business outcomes and demonstrates how Workiva can support these objectives. Additionally, Chad has been an active member of the Customer Value Community since July 2021. Previously, Chad held various positions at PFL.com from November 2005 to October 2020, including Strategic Account Director, Account Executive, and Director of Customer Success & Technical Implementations, focusing on enhancing marketing outcomes through personalized solutions. Before that, Chad worked as the Director of Membership & Partnership Marketing for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation from March 1994 to October 2005. Chad holds a B.S. in Finance & Economics from the University of Montana.
