Christopher Brown is a seasoned customer success leader with extensive experience in building and managing high-performing teams. Currently serving as Senior Director of Emerging Success at Workiva, Christopher oversees the development of Customer Success Architect teams and establishes key processes to enhance customer experiences. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success Enablement at Catalyst Software and Director of Customer Success at Spekit and Fulcrum. Christopher has successfully grown Customer Success teams, implemented strategic initiatives resulting in significant revenue growth, and has a strong background in coaching and staff development. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University.
