David Nest

David Nest is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Area Sales Director for ESG & Sustainability at Workiva since July 2019, David previously held the position of Regional Sales Director for Global Statutory Reporting at the same company. Prior to returning to Workiva in 2016, David worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Anaplan and as an Enterprise Sales Executive at FIS. David’s career includes significant roles at Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting, where a focus on tax and accounting software solutions for top CPA firms and global companies was paramount. David earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Michigan State University.
