Heather Fitz

Heather Fitz, SHRM-SCP, PHR, currently serves as a Senior People Services Specialist at Workiva since April 2024. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of People Operations Advisor - Americas at Wise from July 2021 to April 2024 and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Tyson Foods between April 2020 and July 2021. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Native English Teacher with EPIK from August 2019 to February 2020 and as an HR Coordinator/Executive Administrator at Atlantic Business Interiors from January 2018 to July 2019. Heather earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Citadel in 2017 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith in 2010.
