Hiliary Burns

Hiliary Burns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, product enablement, and education. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Enablement at Workiva since June 2019, Hiliary has previously held roles as Manager of Product Enablement Operations and LMS Administrator within the same company. Prior to this, Hiliary worked at Ames Laboratory from July 2015 to June 2019, first as Training Coordinator, overseeing the Training and Documents Management Program, and later as Learning and Development Coordinator, managing the Learning and Development Program for the laboratory. Additional experience includes roles as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Hawkeye Community College, Training Coordinator for the Iowa Foster and Adoptive Parents Association, Assistant Director of Forensics/Adjunct Professor at Wartburg College, and Family Care Coordinator at Families First Counseling Services. Hiliary holds a Master's degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and two bachelor's degrees in Psychology, Social Work, and Speech Communications from Wartburg College.
