Jillian Berger

Jillian Berger is a highly experienced UX research professional currently serving as a Sr. UX Research Manager at Workiva since May 2022, following a role as UX Research Manager at MainStreet from March 2021 to May 2022. Prior positions include User Experience Lead for the COVID Response Team at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and various roles at Transamerica, including Design Lead-UX Research and Sr. Digital Experience Designer. Jillian also contributed as a UX Researcher at PurpleSlate and studied User Experience Research and Design at General Assembly. As an Experience Architect at STRIVE Preparatory Schools, Jillian developed systems for managing student data. An early career included work as a Design Assistant, focusing on competitive analysis and business development. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePaul University.
