Joy Stark-Smith

Joy Stark-Smith is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in product and industry marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Workiva, Joy has previously held notable positions at Autodesk, including Senior Director of Design & Manufacturing Marketing and Senior Director of Audience Insights & Industry Marketing. Joy also served as Marketing Director at Boston Dynamics and held various roles at Autodesk, such as Marketing Director for Building Design and Senior Manager of Building Design Marketing. Earlier in the career, Joy was Associate Director of Strategy & Innovation at Cengage Learning. Joy Stark-Smith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin and furthered education at Boston College Carroll School of Management from 2008 to 2010.
