Katie Hill

Katie Hill is an experienced professional in learning and development, customer success, and strategic marketing. Currently serving as Manager of CPX Enablement at Workiva since April 2023, Katie has previously held key roles at Persefoni as Learning and Development Manager and at SoftwareONE, where responsibilities included customer onboarding, training, and relationship management. Katie's earlier experience includes roles as Sales, Marketing and Social Media Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Alumni Welcome and Conference Center, along with managing International Education Week. Katie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Strategic Innovation & Change from the University of Denver and a B.S. in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
