Katy Witzleben

Katy Witzleben is an experienced professional in customer success and sales planning, currently serving as Team Manager of Customer Success - Integrated Risk at Workiva since July 2012. In this role, Katy leads and develops a team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on exceeding customer expectations and enhancing customer adoption. Prior to this, Katy worked as a Customer Success Manager at WebFilings, providing direct support to customers as an extension of their reporting teams. Katy's earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Planner and a Sales Planning Intern at National CineMedia, where responsibilities included sales support, report updates, and proposal tracking. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the University of Denver and also studied at University College Dublin.
